Policy for Refunds and Changing Classes

The Policy for Refunds and Changeing Classes Applies to all of our Jewellery Making Classes Booked through our Website

Any class cancellation notification is required to Jeanette Dyke at least 3 weeks in advance of the class.  
Any student who gives more than 3  weeks notice, may change to a different class and a $25 administration fee per person will apply for this service.
Unfortunately cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice before the class start date will not be able to receive a refund or change to another class.
We don't run catch up classes, please check the dates carefully before you book you class.
Private classes are non refundable, but we understand that things happen in life and so you may change your booked date free of charge once. Any changes after this will incur the administration fee of $25.

For payments made by credit card: A refund less a $35 administration fee will be given or you can swap to another class. 
For payments made by Paypal: A refund less Paypal's fees of 2.9%+30c and less a $35 administration fee will be given.
For classes booked through WeTeachMe, a different poilicy apply. Please refer to the refund policy page on the WeTeachMe website.
