Shipping and Returns


  • Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge, the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address
  • All my pieces are precious, so will be sent by express post requiring a signature on delivery
  • I will contact you with a tracking number once your item has been posted
  • Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to insure its safe arrival and will be insured during transit.
  • All orders are sent to the address you provide at checkout, so let me know promptly if you require postage to another address
  • If you are sending to someone other than yourself as a gift, please let me know by email, so that I do not include a receipt
  • When posting to another country I am required to state the value of the item on a customs form. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim

Payment is quick and easy, I accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.
When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact me directly as I can process your order over email or by phone.

Custom Orders
Orders for items that are made to order and custom orders will take longer.
I complete custom orders as quickly as possible and will let you know the estimated date of shipping when you place your order.

Refunds and Exchanges
It is very important to me that you are happy with your jewellery, If you are not satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, please contact me immediately.  
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have. I want you to love your purchase and appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems. 

You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition, box and packaging.
As long as these conditions are met I will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Anything returned after this date will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Please note: Shipping fees and Paypal fees are non refundable.  

I will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Custom-ordered jewellery and custom-sized rings are non refundable.

Please ship the jewellery back to Jeanette using insured express post with signature required. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed. I will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
I reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at my sole discretion.
